My name is Martin Shien Olbenario and i am 18 years old, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology as a first year student at Cebu Technological University. I know that it is a state and we dont pay tuition but we still need fees to buy School materials and it is quite expensive and it became a problem to me because i am already financially unstable due to being in lower class family, My father is a wifi installer while my mother works at a mall so we are kind of not financially stable because they only get minimum salary, but despite having this problems i am motivated to work hard and persue my dreams to help my family when it comes to financials. So i am reaching out and seeking help to anyone to help me achieve my dream to help my family financially.
